Salary: $184,200 - 184,200 per year Requirements:

• 3+ years of engineering team management experience
• 7+ years of engineering experience
• 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services
• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, software developer, or in a related role
• 1+ years of experience providing technical leadership and project management across the software development lifecycle
• 1+ years of experience developing large-scale, multi-tier distributed software systems using Java, C#, or C++
• 1+ years of experience developing large-scale, multi-tier distributed software systems using service-oriented architecture
• 1+ years of experience developing large-scale, multi-tier distributed software systems using distributed programming
• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns across the software, hardware, and network development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, certification, and live-site operations
• Experience partnering with product or program management teams
• Preferred: Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and senior leaders to gather requirements and explain software features, technical designs, and product strategy
• Preferred: Experience recruiting, hiring, mentoring, coaching, and managing software engineering teams to strengthen their skills and effectiveness
• Experience with large-scale data analytics, big data platforms, highly available and fault-tolerant systems, replicated data storage, or operating complex cloud services is a plus

• Translate functional and technical requirements into detailed architecture and designs
• Participate in code and design reviews to uphold our development standards
• Collaborate with other teams to deliver and operate large-scale distributed cloud services
• Oversee system architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance
