Peer Support Specialist — Mentor for Recovery & Inclusion

CNS Healthcare is seeking a Peer Support Specialist to mentor individuals with serious mental illness and assist with community integration. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to provide support, share lived experience, and promote independence and recovery. The role involves helping clients navigate services, attend team meetings, and document progress in accordance with CNS policies.
