Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a growing legal team! This is a hybrid opportunity for a paralegal with a strong background in insurance defense and/or commercial litigation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on litigation experience and must have experience e-filing in California State Courts . Key Responsibilities: Draft and respond to discovery Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and other litigation documents E-file in California State Courts Review and organize case materials and discovery Assist with deposition and trial preparation Manage deadlines and support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred California State Court e-filing experience is required Strong discovery and trial preparation experience Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment This is a hybrid position, and candidates must reside in or near one of the following markets: Phoenix | Denver | Atlanta | Hartford | Fort Lauderdale | Miami | Orlando | Tampa | Indianapolis | Lexington | Dallas | Houston | Kansas City | Nashville Great opportunity to join a strong team with a hybrid schedule and work on sophisticated litigation matters.
