How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver direct nursing care to behavioral health patients in accordance with facility policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing biopsychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and support treatment planning.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans aligned with overall treatment goals, including leading or co-leading therapeutic group sessions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to monitor patient progress and revise care goals, interventions, and treatment plans as needed.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

•

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job
  transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of
  hire.
