Key Responsibilities Develop and file flight plans, considering weather, route, aircraft performance, and regulatory requirements. Analyze weather forecasts and NOTAMs (Notices to Airmen) to assess potential impacts on flight operations. Coordinate with air traffic control, ground operations, and other relevant stakeholders. Manage flight schedule disruptions and provide solutions to ensure operational continuity. Requirements Relevant certification or license as an Aircraft Dispatcher or Flight Operations Officer. Proven experience in flight planning, dispatch, or flight operations coordination. Strong understanding of aviation regulations, meteorology, and navigation principles. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with reliable internet connectivity and a dedicated workspace.
