Director Of Nursing (Don)Are you an experienced Registered Nurse and nursing leader ready for your next opportunity? We're looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the clinical team at a skilled nursing and long-term care community in Keysville, VA.This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on nursing leader who is passionate about quality care, developing their team, and creating a positive resident experience.What You'll Do:Lead and oversee the nursing department and clinical operationsSupervise, mentor, and develop nursing staffEnsure compliance with state and federal regulations and maintain survey readinessMonitor quality measures, infection prevention, documentation, and clinical outcomesCollaborate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to provide excellent resident careSupport staffing, scheduling, education, and performance managementBuild strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staffHelp drive clinical quality, employee engagement, and overall nursing excellenceWhat We're Looking For:Active RN license in VirginiaPrevious DON or ADON experience in skilled nursing/long-term careStrong knowledge of SNF clinical operations and regulatory requirementsProven leadership and team-building skillsStrong communication and organizational abilitiesA compassionate, resident-focused approach to careIf you're a strong clinical leader looking for an opportunity where you can make an impact, lead a team, and help drive quality outcomes, we'd love to connect with you!Equal Opportunity Employer
