LPN Rehabilitation

This position involves providing care and support to individuals recovering from severe injuries or illnesses. Responsibilities include delivering specialized treatment and rehabilitation to patients with various conditions. Care will be tailored to each patient's individual recovery journey. The professional will work as part of a team focused on maximizing health, function, and quality of life. The patient population includes individuals aged 16 and older. The role includes maintaining patient care records using electronic health record systems. The facility has a total of 34 beds with a patient ratio of 1:7. This position requires the ability to work effectively in a high-intensity rehabilitation setting.
