Grief & Wellness Social Worker - Group Facilitator

Sid Jacobson JCC in Greenvale, NY seeks a Clinical Social Worker to support individuals and families facing grief, illness, caregiving, and life transitions. You will lead support groups, workshops, and short-term case management to connect clients with resources.
