Mobile Associate, Store-in-Store - Retail Sales Mobile Associates, Store-in-Store are an integral part of the Retail Team responsible for bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life within National Sales partner locations. They create energy and excitement around our products and services, build and deepen relationships with customers, and achieve sales and quality metrics. Job Responsibilities Proactively engage with a broad range of customers in a high‑traffic retail environment, using digital tools to educate and demonstrate the value of T‑Mobile solutions. Leverage digital self‑serve tools throughout customer interactions and onboarding, identify customer needs, and use solution‑based selling techniques to recommend wireless and onboarding solutions. Complete training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, products, processes, and systems; review personal results, current promotions, and Hub updates to remain customer‑ready. Maintain store operations: practice skills, share knowledge, assist with opening and closing procedures, manage kiosk key access, and report any lost keys or assets. Deliver exceptional customer service, build rapport and loyalty, follow up with customers, capture referrals, manage Be Back processes, and perform price overrides for specialty offers. Cultivate relationships with nearby leadership and teams to support customers from account set‑up to device support and account servicing. Education and Work Experience High School Diploma/GED (Required) At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Customer‑satisfaction oriented with ability to balance experience and performance goals (Required) Team‑building mindset; willingness to work with peers and store leaders, sharing best practices (Required) Competitive drive and confidence for fast‑paced sales success (Required) Licenses and Certifications At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States Travel Travel Required: No DOT Regulated DOT Regulated Position: No Safety Sensitive Position: No Hourly Base Pay Hourly Base Pay: $20.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and hourly training pay. Upon completion, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year. All employees earn at least $20 per hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and are eligible for an annual stock grant.
