OB/GYN Physician

Role Overview: This full-scope OB/GYN position offers the opportunity to develop a long-term, patient-focused practice within a physician-led organization. Responsibilities include: providing comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, managing prenatal, delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic conditions, performing surgeries and procedures, participating in call rotations, and collaborating with healthcare teams. Qualifications: MD or DO with OB/GYN residency, board-certified or eligible, eligible for Arizona licensure and hospital privileges, with strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Skills & Support: clinical support from APPs, medical assistants, and AI scribes; flexible scheduling options; hospital coverage at two nearby hospitals; and opportunities for leadership and loan repayment. Benefits & Compensation: guaranteed base salary ($300,000-$550,000), productivity incentives, sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
