$180,000 - $210,000 Base + Bonus + Equity We're partnering with a global organization seeking a Director of HR to lead the strategy, administration, and ongoing evolution of its U.S. benefits programs. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys building strategy, leveraging data and technology, and partnering with senior leadership to deliver a best-in-class employee benefits experience. What You'll Do Lead the strategy, design, and administration of U.S. benefits programs. Partner with executive leadership to develop competitive and cost-effective benefits offerings. Manage relationships with brokers, consultants, carriers, and third-party vendors. Utilize analytics, benchmarking, and reporting to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies through technology and data. Ensure compliance with applicable benefits regulations and governance requirements. Collaborate across HR, Finance, Payroll, and other business functions on key initiatives. Lead and develop a high-performing team while supporting organizational growth and change. What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive corporate benefits experience. Strong knowledge of benefits strategy, plan administration, compliance, and vendor management. Experience working with enterprise HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a plus). Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to support strategic decision-making. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior leadership. Experience with benefits transformation, systems enhancements, or large-scale organizational initiatives is highly desirable. Why Consider This Opportunity?
