Job Description:
Must-Haves
- Linguistic Precision: Exceptional command of English grammar and semantics. You can spot the difference between "good" and "great" writing instantly.
- Experience with LLMs: Familiarity with GPT-4, Claude, or similar models, including their limitations (hallucinations, bias).
- Extreme Attention to Detail: Ability to perform repetitive data review tasks without losing focus or consistency.
- Annotation Experience: Prior experience with RLHF, data labeling platforms (like Scale AI, Labelbox), or QA roles.
- Basic Technical Skills: Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets (for data organization) or basic Python (for handling JSON data) is a strong plus.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Background in Networking to fact-check complex model outputs
