Company Summary

We are a Native American-owned SBA 8(a) management and technology consulting firm focused on the delivery of solutions for the private and public sector. You would start out working with the Navy and Army, which is why the security clearance is required, but you'll have an opportunity to work with other clients over time.

What You'll Do

You will design and develop cloud-based infrastructure and security solutions to transform and modernize applications for our clients. In this role, you'll apply specialized knowledge of cloud-specific technologies and services and will be responsible for deploying and debugging cloud stacks, educating teams on new cloud initiatives, and ensuring the security of custom cloud infrastructure.

Team

You will be based in our Arlington, VA office as a valued member of the data science, product development, and cloud solutions team, shaping and building new analytical solutions to deploy in support of our defense clients. You'll interface regularly with leadership as well as leading national security and defense executives.

Skills We're Seeking

• Active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET Clearance
• Able to qualify for a Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET Security Clearance
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud Engineering with AWS and/or Azure (we use both)
• Experience with version control systems and tools (Git, GitHub)
• Experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).
• Experience with broad array of security technologies, such as NGFW, WAF, SIEM, endpoint security and more.
• Experience with secure-cloud configuration, (CloudTrail, AWS Config, etc), cloud-security technologies (VPC, Security Groups, etc.) and cloud-permission systems (IAM).

Nice to Have's

• 2+ years of experience in the development of cloud-computing solutions, especially DoD clients
• Experience automating the provisioning and automation of your architectures and solutions (i.e., Infrastructure-as-Code)
• Experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes)
• One or more security-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CISA, CISM, SECURITY+, OSCP)
• AWS and/or Azure certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate.
