Department of Labor
DutiesHelpDuties include but are not limited to:Completes assignments that are designed to assist higher-grade economists while providing training and experience with the division methods and programs.Assists in the review of technical procedures, operating instructions, forms, and other collection materials as assigned.Provides assistance to senior staff in survey programs operations, and preparation of analytical reports.Assists senior staff in performing needs assessments and developing training materials, and providing training and orientation seminars for state agency personnel and selected regional staff.Participates in on-site reviews and analysis of reports to verify the integrity and validity of data produced by cooperating state agencies. May collect data and assist with quality control work including response analysis studies and other special projects to improve overall program output.Duties at the GS-07 are developmental leading up to the full performance level of the GS-12
