Lead Clinical Program Director - Community/School Based Services (Hamilton, MT)

Responsibilities Leadership & Management Hire, train, coach, and supervise all staff. Evaluate staff performance and provide ongoing professional development. Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes collaboration and teamwork. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively. Promote training that meets team and individual needs. Program Development & Implementation Ensure systems are in place to maintain the highest quality of services to families, complying with performance standards. Coordinate components for consistency in service delivery. Participate in the monthly vitals process, using program data for continuous quality improvement. Compliance & Administration Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations related to programs. Manage service area budgets, allocating funds for staff, supplies, and program operations. Community Collaboration Build partnerships with local community agencies and organizations to provide comprehensive support services for families. Participate in community events and outreach initiatives to promote programs. Perform other duties as assigned, consistent with the general responsibilities of the position. Requirements Advanced degree (RN, MS, MA, PhD) in Nursing, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field. At least one (1) year of direct work experience and willingness to pursue professional licensure as an LCSW, LCPC, or equivalent recognized in Montana. Ongoing requirement to maintain the specific professional clinical license (RN/LCSW or LCPC) or professional certification as mandated by state, federal, and professional boards. Thorough administrative understanding of mental‑health related programs. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide leadership to a diverse spectrum of professionals and paraprofessionals. Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to set goals and meet them within established standards. Compensation The AWARE Lead Clinical Program Director earns $85,000.00 per year.
