Your New Role

The Regional Maintenance Supervisor plays a critical leadership role in overseeing maintenance operations across a portfolio of properties. This position is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring quality standards, and supporting maintenance teams in delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting maintenance teams across multiple communities
• Managing unit turns to minimize vacancy downtime
• Monitoring and ensuring timely completion of work orders
• Implementing and improving maintenance processes and systems
• Conducting inspections and addressing safety, compliance, and performance issues
• Partnering with leadership on budgeting, planning, and capital projects

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, construction, or hospitality, with a focus on maintenance operations
• Proven experience in team leadership and personnel management
• Strong working knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Ability to manage budgets, reporting, and operational metrics
• Ability to travel within the region as needed
