Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the Pediatric Cardiac OR team. The nurse will provide care for patients from neonates to adults with congenital anomalies requiring cardiothoracic surgery. Experience in a Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and Level IV NICU is preferred.

Responsibilities:

Provide care for pediatric cardiothoracic surgery patients, including those with congenital anomalies.
Assist in cardiothoracic procedures such as Tetralogy of Fallot repairs, transposition of great vessels, and open heart valve repairs.
Float to General OR to assist with cases as needed.
Participate in call shifts with a 30-minute response time.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years Peds CVOR experience.
BLS and PALS certifications; CNOR preferred.
WA State or compact RN license.
Preferred skills include IV start, scrubbing, art line, and circulating experience.
