Responsibilities

• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Schedule and coordinate service calls, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Create and manage dispatch tickets for all service requests.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with drivers and customers to facilitate timely service delivery.
• Support the dispatch team in achieving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong multitasking abilities and a logistics-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and computer skills.
• Experience in the trucking or towing industry is a plus.
• Willingness to work some holidays and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
