Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Florida License
• BLS

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Documentation System: Meditech
• Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per 8 hours worked, with assignments of 10-13
• Equipment Used: Walkers, Crutches, Braces, W/C’s
• Typical Procedures: Evaluations, Treatment, Gait Training, Therapeutic Exercises, Therapeutic Activities
