The nurse will have a patient ratio of 1:6-8. Candidates must hold a current BLS certification. Experience in medical/surgical nursing is essential for this role. The role requires effective communication skills and a commitment to patient care. Nurses will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are critical. Flexibility to adjust to changing patient needs is required.
