Commercial Construction Superintendent

Atlanta, GA | $95,000–$110,000 + Bonuses + Truck & Phone Allowance

We are hiring an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial projects ranging from $5M to $40M .

This is a direct-hire opportunity for a proven Superintendent who knows how to run a jobsite, manage subcontractors, keep projects on schedule, enforce safety and quality standards, and work closely with Project Managers to successfully deliver commercial construction projects.

Automotive and multifamily construction experience is a major plus.

Compensation & Benefits

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Manage subcontractors, field personnel, materials, equipment, and jobsite resources
• Build and maintain project schedules with the Project Manager
• Coordinate trades and keep projects moving according to schedule
• Review plans, specifications, scopes, and subcontractor requirements
• Monitor workmanship and identify quality issues before they become larger problems
• Conduct jobsite quality control and ensure contract requirements are met
• Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce jobsite safety standards
• Resolve field conflicts and coordinate solutions between subcontractors, owners, and project teams
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, and field personnel

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a LEAD Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Experience independently running commercial construction projects
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
• Strong scheduling, coordination, safety, and quality-control experience
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
• Must be able to provide a list of completed projects
• Automotive dealership/construction experience is highly preferred
• Multifamily construction experience is highly preferred
• Construction Management degree is a plus but not required
