Overview
Registered Nurse – Med Surg/Tele in Burlington, VT, United States. Start date: 06/11/2026 for a 4-week travel assignment with weekly pay ranging from $2,062 to $2,201. Guaranteed hours: 0. Shift: 3x12-hour nights in a hospital setting. This travel assignment includes adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients, with Oncology/Miller 5 responsibilities on the unit. EPIC experience is required, and prior travel nursing is preferred. Certifications on file at submission are BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients during 12-hour night shifts
- Administer medications and IV therapies, including IV antibiotics, blood products, anticoagulants, and chemotherapy/biotherapy per protocol
- Perform central line care and maintenance; establish IV access and IV starts as needed
- Monitor patient status, manage tube feedings, and document thoroughly in the EPIC EMR; respond to changes in patient conditions
- Provide oncology-nursing support for Miller 5 oncology cases; manage cancer-related symptoms and collaborate with the care team
- Ensure patient safety, adhere to unit policies, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members; comply with scheduling and documentation requirements

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license; license on file at time of submission
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
- Travel nursing experience required; oncology/med-surg experience with chemotherapy exposure preferred
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years required
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts; flexibility to cover Sunday through Saturday as needed
- Reliable transportation; area has limited public transit; winter tires recommended November–April
