We are actively seeking Targeting Officers at all levels (1 to 20+ years of experience) with a current TS/SCI w/Polygraph to c ollaborate with a team of intelligence professionals in supp ort of operations against priority targets. Candidates will be responsible for identifying targeting leads to enable a variety of intelligence operations. Successful candidates will be able to produce detailed targeting packages. Work occurs at client sites in Northern Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Review specialized data for intelligence leads

• Draft comprehensive targeting packages in support of the client’s objectives

• Engage a variety of stakeholders to address requirements and develop new leads for exploitation

• Conduct detailed searches on items of interest and relay pertinent data to relevant customer components in a variety of written and briefing formats

Basic Qualifications:

• All positions require possession of a current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates who do not possess this clearance will be disqualified.

• Typically requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

• Proficiency in manipulating various databases in support of the customer mission

• Experience related to intelligence research and targeting work is required

• Prior experience in supporting national security operations

• Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives

• Attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to research and analyze

• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize effectively

• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve

• Demonstrated ability to work on several tasks concurrently

• Strong analytic writing and editing skills

• Demonstrated ability to work in team environment successfully

• Demonstrated success in working in a high-paced, dynamic environment

• Experience collaborating and coordinating with multiple offices and agencies

• Experience supporting senior decision makers
