This position is performed onsite at one of the Company's operational facilities, unless otherwise specified in the job posting.Shift(s): PM Friday to Monday from 1:30 pm to 12:00am. (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business)Compensation: The expected starting base pay range for this position is $92,400 - $115,500, with full potential base salary range over a successful candidate's tenure in the position of $92,400- $138,600. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors.Employment Logistics:As the Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the General Manager. You will play a pivotal role in providing strategic leadership as well as overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day activities to ensure efficiency and productivity. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's servicesDirect, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectivesEvaluate the results of overall operations regularly.
