Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostic evaluations of patients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their specific needs.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, along with potential family, marriage, and group counseling, depending on your specialized training and client needs.
• Administer mental health screenings and evaluations to identify treatment requirements effectively.
• Document and maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.
• Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and collaborating with colleagues to enhance patient care.
• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training programs to stay updated on the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals with varying degrees of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. A significant focus will be on providing culturally competent care to children, families, and couples, allowing you to make a meaningful impact in their lives. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical application of contemporary principles and practices in individual and family counseling.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals facing mental health challenges, including co-occurring disorders.
• Demonstrated success in conducting group therapy sessions and facilitating family interactions in a therapeutic context.
• Experience and comfort in working with children, adolescents, and family dynamics.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities and a commitment to utilizing these strategies in practice.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between $100,000 and $105,000 annually .
