Job Title

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Travel Assignment

Montesano, Washington

13-week travel contract (with potential for extension)

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 13-week travel assignment in Montesano, WA . The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain travel experience while working in a supportive clinical or educational environment.

• Evaluate patients to determine speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication and/or swallowing function

• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, educators, and caregivers

• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and strategies

• Adhere to ethical standards and state/federal regulations

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Current or eligible Washington State SLP license

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• Previous clinical experience preferred (setting-specific experience a plus)

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations

• 13-week travel assignment
