Job Description: Job Summary: As a Subway Sandwich Artist at Onvo, you will be responsible for preparing delicious sandwiches and salads for customers, ensuring a high level of food quality and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: * Prepare sandwiches and salads to customer specifications, following Subway's established recipes and procedures. * Greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, and process payments efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized work area, including food preparation stations, dining areas, and restrooms. * Handle food safely and hygienically, adhering to all food safety regulations and company policies. * Replenish food items and supplies as needed, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and readily available. * Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately. * Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking deliveries. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience. * Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously. Job Qualifications: * Previous experience in food service or a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Excellent customer service orientation. * Basic math skills for handling transactions and measurements. * Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds. * A positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork. * Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
