Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for the NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to neonates with a focus on high-quality and safety.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and professional standards.
• Float to other departments as required, including sister campuses.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation in the EPIC system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience, with Level III or IV experience required.
• Experience in a larger facility is necessary if limited to Level III.
• EPIC experience is required.
• Recent travel experience required.
• Current BLS and PALS certifications are required.
• NRP certification is preferred.
