Sr Data Center Design manager ISP

We are supporting a leading organization in the data centre sector with the appointment of a Senior Data Center Design Manager . This individual will play a key role in delivering large-scale, high-density data centre environments, with a particular focus on white-space and critical infrastructure design. Locations: Dallas, NY, NJ. California hybrid 3 days and 20% travel Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate data centre design projects from concept through delivery. Oversee white-space design, including cooling, power distribution, network architecture and LV/IT infrastructure . Support the delivery of large-scale, high-density data centre and cloud infrastructure environments. Coordinate internal engineering teams, external consultants, vendors and key stakeholders. Manage multiple projects, ensuring designs meet schedule, budget, technical and operational requirements. Identify design challenges and develop practical, cost-effective technical solutions. Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Network, Low Voltage/Cabling Engineering, Architecture , or a related discipline. 5+ years’ data centre engineering/design experience , with a track record of successfully delivering data centre design projects. Strong understanding of data centre white space, cooling, power, network and LV/IT design . Experience with large-scale, high-density data centres and cloud infrastructure . Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent stakeholder communication and technical problem-solving capabilities. Experience operating in fast-paced, technically complex environments. Professional certifications such as Uptime Institute, BICSI or LEED are advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr Spencer Ogden
