Refine & Optimize - Recommend system modifications to ensure peak performance, compliance, and reliability.

Drive Quality & Collaboration - Partner with sales and quality teams to tackle technical challenges and deliver top-tier solutions.

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

0-5 years of experience (internships, co-ops, or hands-on projects a big plus!).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor (2009+), and blueprint reading-or a willingness to learn fast.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

A collaborative mindset and a hunger for growth.
