• Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year, plus monthly bonus potential based on studio performance
• Pay Frequency: Semi-monthly
• Work Arrangement: On-site, Full-time

Job Overview:

JETSET Pilates General Managers are committed to the growth and development of their team and are passionate about sharing the brand and workout with others. The General Manager is a strong leader who is dedicated to cultivating relationships within the studio, as well as role modeling all of the qualities and attributes of an exceptional instructor.

The General Manager is expected to undergo the JETSET Pilates training program and instructs an average of 8 classes per week. In addition to instructing, the General Manager is expected to be in the studio during class times for a minimum of 20 classes each week.

The General Manager is a multi-faceted role responsible for all aspects of studio performance and growth. They are accountable for ensuring that all areas of the business are fulfilled and are driven by achieving goals and continuing growth.

3 Key Responsibilities

1. Studio Operations & Performance Management

• Work closely with leadership to manage day-to-day operations of the studio and implement company-wide strategies, policies, and procedures
• Run reports and analyze metrics on key performance indicators, including sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll
• Create, monitor, and maintain class and staff schedules
• Maintain inventory for supplies, retail, and beverages as needed

2. Client Experience & Community Relations

• Ensure the delivery of positive customer service and a fitness experience consistent with the JETSET Pilates service standards
• Ensure all client inquiries, issues, and concerns receive a positive and timely response
• Foster relationships with the local health, fitness, and wellness communities as well as key influencers and potential corporate partners

3. Growth, Marketing & Team Culture

• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition and exceed studio-specific goals
• Plan and host team meetings and social events

Must Have:

• 2 or more years of experience in a management role overseeing day-to-day operations, with the ability to implement organizational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• 1 or more years of experience in a customer-facing role within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Experience running reports and analyzing business KPIs (e.g., sales, utilization, retention, expenses, payroll), with the ability to speak to specific metrics tracked in a prior role.
• Experience responding to and resolving client inquiries or concerns, with the ability to cite a typical response time standard followed in a prior role.
• 1 or more years of experience creating and managing staff or class schedules for a team of 5 or more people.

Nice to Have:

• Experience developing and executing local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition.
• Existing relationships within the local health, fitness, or wellness community, including influencers or potential corporate partners.
• Experience maintaining inventory for supplies, retail, or beverage programs.
• Experience planning and hosting team meetings or social events.

Our Recruitment Stages

1. Application Review: Our team reviews all applications and identifies candidates who are the best fit for next steps
2. Initial Call with Recruiter: A Video Call (Google Meet) with one of our Recruiters to learn more about your background and discuss the role (30–45 minutes)
3. Hiring Manager Review: The Hiring Manager reviews the Initial Call Summary and Resume
4. Final Interview with Hiring Manager: Format and focus depend on department
5. Offer: If selected, you'll receive a formal offer and next steps for onboarding
