Position Overview:

We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join a collaborative, outpatient-focused behavioral health practice. This role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centered care within an integrative model that combines traditional psychiatry with advanced interventional treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments
Diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, etc.)
Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
Prescribe and monitor medications
Provide supportive psychotherapy as appropriate
Oversee and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, psychologists, etc.)
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Preferred Experience:

Exposure to or interest in interventional psychiatry (TMS, ketamine-based therapies, esketamine)
Experience in outpatient or integrative care settings
Strong interest in collaborative, team-based environments

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry
Active or eligible medical license
