You will play a key role in shaping the backend systems that power a growing digital platform used by institutional clients. You’ll work closely with leadership and the technical team to design and build scalable systems that support a fast-growing business. Expect to work across teams: Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot Architect and optimize PostgreSQL data models and event-driven workflows Build and deploy containerized services using Docker Translate high-level product goals into technical solutions Help improve system reliability, performance, and scalability This role is ideal for a Senior Backend Engineer who enjoys taking ownership and working in environments where requirements evolve. You’ll collaborate closely with the Tech Lead to research solutions, propose architecture, and deliver production-ready systems. They are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, mentoring engineers, and contributing to technical direction while remaining hands-on with coding and system design.
