We foster your talent, with us you shine.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient storage, easy access, and optimal use of warehouse spaceReceive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect for damage or discrepanciesAccurately enter receipts, inventory movements, and order details into ERP systems and supporting toolsPick, pack, and prepare customer orders with attention to accuracy and proper packaging to prevent damage during transitProcess sales orders and ensure all shipments include correct documentation and labelingSafely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucksMaintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the warehousePerform routine checks and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment and report any issuesSupport inventory control processes including cycle counts and stock reconciliationMake timely and professional deliveries to customers, ensuring orders are transported safely, accurately, and with appropriate documentationSafety and Personal AccountabilityPromote and support Normet’s HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality) initiatives in all areas of workMaintain accuracy, integrity, and compliance in all documentation and transactionsUphold Normet’s Values, Policies, and Procedures at all timesAdhere to all safety procedures and use required PPEReport safety incidents or near misses promptlyDemonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and professional developmentStay current with industry trends, systems updates, and warehousing best practicesTeam Collaboration and DevelopmentWork closely with Customer Service and Sales Support teams to ensure alignment and consistent service deliveryParticipate in training, cross-functional collaboration, and skill development initiativesSupport a positive, accountable, and collaborative team cultureSkills & QualificationsStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory and order fulfillmentSolid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and resolve discrepancies efficientlyEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work independently while also contributing to a team environmentAbility to safely lift and move up to 70 poundsExperience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment (preferred)Proficiency with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Valid driver’s licenseWillingness to travel occasionally within North America, if requiredEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required2–3 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment preferredHands-on experience with shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and inventory controlExperience using ERP systems or warehouse management systems is a plusProven ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement practical solutions in a warehouse settingAdditional InformationDuties may vary or expand as directed by management based on business needsMonday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional extended hours as neededTo be considered for this position, you must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
