Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN

Village Caregiving is seeking a skilled, compassionate PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position will provide coverage throughout Taylor County and surrounding counties, offering flexibility and meaningful, patient-centered work in a home care setting.

Compensation: $60 per hour Schedule: PRN / Flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person patient assessments in their homes
• Develop individualized care plans for caregivers to follow
• Maintain accurate documentation within our online charting system
• Communicate regularly with the Eau Claire office for updates and support
• Manage aspects of patient care, including case coordination
• Travel up to one hour to complete patient assessments

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
