Clinical Nurse - PRN (Pre-op/Post-op/PACU)

Role Overview Providing direct patient care in a fast‑paced pre‑op, post‑op, and PACU setting, with a focus on safety, education, and collaboration. The role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans, assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and promoting patient‑centered care. Responsibilities Educate patients and families on illness management, home care, and medication use. Participate in ensuring patient safety, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Assess and evaluate patient needs, considering cultural, emotional, and spiritual factors. Communicate and coordinate care across the continuum. Work in a safety‑sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times. Qualifications Minimum: Nursing diploma/associate's degree, RN license, no experience required. Preferred: Bachelor's degree in nursing and less than 2 years of experience. Experience in pre/post‑op care is preferred.
