Location: Paso Robles California

Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays | 40 Hours per Week

Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice

Compensation: $27–$51 per hour, plus benefits

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation team in Templeton, California.

This is an excellent opportunity for a PTA who enjoys working in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You will work alongside Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy.

The ideal candidate is passionate about patient care, has strong communication skills, and is committed to delivering an exceptional rehabilitation experience.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, function, and overall quality of life
• Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic exercise programs
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist
• Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to support positive patient outcomes
• Build strong relationships with patients while providing compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Associate's degree or higher from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
• Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers competitive compensation of $27–$51 per hour , based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
