Customer Service & Support Specialist

Job Title: Customer Service & Support Specialist Department: Tactical Distributors Reports to: Director of eCommerce About The Role You’re the voice of the brand. As a Customer Service & Support Specialist, you’ll be on the front lines of the Tactical Distributors customer experience, helping customers, solving problems, and making sure every interaction is smooth, clear, and on point. This is a digital‑first support role (not phones‑all‑day) where you’ll primarily manage email and chat, while also supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our eCommerce business. If you’re organized, detail‑oriented, and know how to communicate like a human (not a script), this role gives you the chance to make a real impact. This position is on‑site in our office in Virginia Beach, VA and pay is $17‑$19/hr.
