Mechanical & Hand Assemblers
- $19 - $22/Hour to start
- Salem, NH/Manchester NH
- Monday – Friday
- First Shift, 7am – 3:30pm

Duties:
- Assemble mechanical parts such as brackets, fans, fasteners, and enclosures to PCBAs using standard tools.
- Follow assembly instructions, blueprints to complete basic builds.
- Conduct visual inspections for correct hardware placement and basic fit issues.
- Assist with packaging and labeling completed units.
- Adhere to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and comply with 6S practices.
Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred; entry-level candidates with a strong willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions in English
- Strong attention to detail with good hand-eye coordination and the ability to work with small components accurately
- Must have normal color vision and visual acuity (corrective lenses acceptable) to inspect and assemble parts effectively
- IPC-610 and/or J-STD-001 certifications are a plus, but not required
