Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage check-in and check-out
• Answer incoming calls and assist patients professionally
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
• Verify insurance information and patient demographics
• Collect copayments and patient balances
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Communicate with physicians, providers, therapists, and clinical staff
• Assist with referrals, paperwork, and administrative duties
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Help ensure smooth daily front office operations
