Internship Program at Tesla Join the Charging Products team as an Engineering Program Manager Intern, where you will play a pivotal role in the hardware design programs such as Supercharging, Semi Charging, AC Charging, and Robot Charging. In this dynamic position, you'll lead a variety of cross-functional projects, focusing on energy hardware, system integration, design validation, and triage support. In this role, you will lead the design and development of some of the most advanced and sophisticated system integration projects in the world, with unparalleled agility. What You'll Do Manage cross-functional hardware design programs for Charging Products (Supercharging, Semi Charging, AC Charging, Robot Charging), overseeing project scoping, coordination with design, supply chain, validation, and system integration teams, while driving projects to completion. Develop and manage project plans and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Be analytical, collect and utilize data to present progress, trends, risks, and opportunities for projects. Lead a cross-functional team, balancing multiple tasks, running meetings, creating plans, delivering results, and being a flexible and capable problem solver. Define and drive the schedule for upcoming new project launches and sustaining programs. What You'll Bring Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields. Experience managing end-to-end product deployment—from concept through development and successful launch. Familiarity with system development concepts. Experience building, developing, and managing highly effective project management tools and processes. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills with ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment. Excellent organization and delegation skills with ability to own the product roadmap and schedule, with a track record of delivering projects on time.
