What You'll Do As an RN at ER of Mesquite, you’ll be at the forefront of emergency care, ensuring patients receive timely and effective treatment. Your responsibilities will include: Assessing and triaging patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting. Administering medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes with urgency. Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans. Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records. Providing emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times. What We're Looking For We’re seeking a candidate who is ready to thrive in a dynamic environment and has the following qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in an emergency room setting. Licensure: Current RN license in the state of Texas. Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
