Promote and cross-sell bank products and services, and make quality referrals to other bankers as appropriate. Manage a cash drawer/recycler and perform other teller functions as assigned. Ensure all activities are performed according to bank policies and regulations.Operate cash drawer/recycler with high level of accuracyProcess customer financial transactions including deposit and loan businessAccepts checks for cashing or paying; verifies endorsement, validity, and fundsPromote and cross-sell bank products and services, and make quality referrals to other bankers when appropriateRefers large or unusual transactions to a more experienced teller or bankerSells money orders, cashier's checks, and processes cash advancesProcesses U.S. savings bonds for paymentAnswer phones, greet customers, and assist with directing lobby traffic as neededPerform ATM responsibilities as outlined by managerAbility to maintain established cash handling standardsConsistently follows established bank policies and procedures and regulatory guidelinesDemonstrates Service Excellence in all customer interactionsMaintains work areas according to branch standards or other established security proceduresAll other duties as assigned
