Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental Work Schedule:
- Regular Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday, 9:00 PM-5:30 AM (3rd Shift)
- Work Arrangement: Fully onsite, 5 days per week
- Training Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM-5:30 AM for approximately 4-6 weeks.
- Proactively address production issues and handle complex client escalations.
- Prioritize and organize work to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity.
- Monitor and review documentation to ensure all requirements are met.
- Resolve peer and customer escalations and inquiries.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to document management.
- Accurately enter information using a full keyboard and 10-key numeric keypad.
- Meet accuracy and productivity standards while adhering to SLA deadlines.
- Proactively communicate and escalate issues, including computer system problems, inaccurate information, and out-of-balance transactions.
- Work across multiple systems and workstreams while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with lockbox products , particularly healthcare-related lockbox services.
- Familiarity with medical terminology .
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
