Water/Wastewater Construction Manager — Owner-Rep Lead

You will ensure on-time delivery, quality adherence, and safe field practices while coordinating with designers, clients, inspectors, and subcontractors.
The role requires strong CM skills, a California PE or CCM-equivalent, 10+ years in the field, and proficiency with Primavera and Microsoft Office.
