We are seeking a Recruiter III to join our team supporting a Diagnostics client. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume full-cycle recruiting, stakeholder management, and strategic sourcing and a proven ability to deliver against weekly and monthly hiring metrics while maintaining compliance .
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for approximately 50–70 requisitions concurrently using proactive and creative methods.
- Develop a strong understanding of Labcorp’s business, competitive landscape, and strategy to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
- Partner with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to set expectations and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
- Build relationships with business stakeholders to understand functions, goals, and current and future talent needs.
- Maintain and leverage an external network to create pipelines of key talent for immediate and future hiring.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruiting metrics on a consistent basis.
- Recruit in adherence with OFCCP regulations and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Provide updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager during weekly meetings and as needed.
- Log notes and actions accurately and promptly in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition Coordinator with onboarding tasks when necessary.
- Provide ad hoc recruiting reports to the TA Manager and hiring managers upon request.
- Escalate urgent matters to appropriate parties, including TA leadership, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 5–8 years of relevant recruiter experience in lieu of degree.
- Corporate recruiting or agency recruiting experience.
- High-volume recruiting experience with documented success meeting weekly and monthly metrics.
- Proven use of innovative and proactive sourcing methods to attract passive and active talent.
- Strong working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Workday.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and related applications.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills with attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in diagnostic testing or healthcare industries.
- Familiarity with OFCCP as well as CAP and CLIA.
