Job Description
Title: CT / X-ray Tech

Requirements:
- WA state licensure required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CT and X-ray
- Certifications: ARRT CT and ARRT (R), BLS
- Competency in performing CT and X-ray
- Familiarity with PACS; Siemens, Toshiba, GE equipment
- Experience in adult acute/outpatient and pediatric imaging

Compliance / Notes:
- Compliance documents due Monday prior to start.
- Required at submittal: last 4 of SSN; list RTO (time off) requests up-front.
- References: 2 references covering 1 year within last 3 years (can include charge RN/lead).
- Modules: completed pre-start, average ~16 hours ( >20 hrs requires PM approval).
- Travelers may be expected to float to nearby sister facilities; refusal may risk termination.
- Locals accepted within 50-mile radius; return staff have a 3-month waiting rule.
