Hupy and Abraham S.C., an AV-rated personal injury law firm, is looking for a motivated Associate Attorney (Non-litigation) for our Milwaukee Office .
Our Associate Attorneys (Non-litigation) support our litigation attorneys with legal document production, legal case law research, and screening new client calls. Their duties include, but are not limited to the following;
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Draft summons/complaints, motions, discovery, and other pleadings
- Legal Research
- Brief Writing
- Screening Potential Clients
- Trial Preparation
- Other duties as assigned by a litigation attorney
REQUIREMENTS:
- Qualified candidates must have earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and be eligible or in the process of taking the Wisconsin Bar Exam or licensed by the Wisconsin State Bar.
- Demonstrated superior customer service skills
- Innovative problem resolution
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced/dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
