Distribution Operations Associate — Chillicothe, OH

Step into a central role that keeps products moving. As a Distribution Operations Associate in our Chillicothe, OH facility, you’ll help ensure every item is received, stored, and shipped with precision and care. A day in this role

Your day begins with a quick team huddle to review priorities and safety reminders. From there, you’ll rotate through key activities that keep our operation running smoothly: Inbound accuracy:

Receive deliveries, verify counts against paperwork, and inspect product condition. Putaway and organization:

Slot items in designated locations, label clearly, and maintain orderly racks and bins. Order fulfillment:

Pick items, pack securely, and prepare shipments to meet quality and timing standards. Equipment operation:

Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks (PIT) to move, stack, and stage materials. Housekeeping and safety:

Keep aisles clear, work areas tidy, and follow safety procedures at all times. Inventory support:

Assist with cycle counts and replenishment to keep stock levels accurate. Team results:

Collaborate with colleagues to meet daily production targets and on-time shipping goals. What you’ll bring

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in a warehouse or similar setting is helpful. Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks (standing, bending, reaching). Reliable basic math skills and sharp attention to detail. Clear communication and a team-first mindset. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
