Job Title: Retail Sales Associate Position with Growing Company

Utah Furniture Direct 

Location: 4050 Riverdale Rd

Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Full-time, with rotating day)

Compensation: hourly wage +commission and bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service throughout the shopping experience.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that fit their style and budget.
• Maintain product knowledge of furniture, features, finishes, and current promotions.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate deliveries and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive showroom.
• Work with team members to meet sales goals and store objectives.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom setup as needed.
• Handle customer questions and concerns in a professional manner

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience preferred; furniture industry experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a Monday through Saturday schedule with flexibility.
• Basic computer skills and point-of-sale experience are a plus.
• Ability to lift light to moderate weight.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
